The Owners at BCI Burke partnered with the Keller, Inc. team of experts to help develop a plan to grow their market share in playground equipment manufacturing. Unique to this project was the expertise our Pre-Construction Services and Logistics personnel provided by being involved early with the project to help work with the DNR to remove 10,000 sq. ft. of wetlands, and ensure the building included adequate drainage in the floor-plan.
