A long time customer of Keller, Inc. our team of experts worked closely with the Owner to plan, design and build our 4th addition (to the original Keller structure), to help expand their deli offering and offer take-out/delivery for customers.

This project included demoing the interior of the gas station while keeping the convenience store fully operational, moving from single-use bathrooms to multi-use, adding a deli and full operational kitchen, while utilizing reclaimed materials (tin ceiling tile to old factory beams) to modernize the interior.
