The Owners of New Fusion were looking to increase dance studios, while providing a recreational place for the parents during classes. After partnering with the Keller Project Manager, Architect and Interior Designer, together they were able to plan, design and build a state-of-the-art facility to meet their expanding business needs and offer a safe and spacious space for their customers. The Keller team of experts also were able to assist with securing land between the Owner, city and the bank through tiff assistance.
