Keller, Inc. is being recognized for construction excellence in 2020.
Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin honored Keller, Inc. with a GOLD Projects of Distinction Excellence in Construction Award for Associated Appraisal located in Greenville, Wisconsin.
Associated Appraisal worked with Keller, Inc. to design and build a ground-up 9,480-square-foot corporate office. Understanding and developing the client’s vision for flexible space, natural light, open office concepts and modern design elements can be clearly seen and felt in their new office. A great deal of attention was paid to value analysis and engineering throughout the design and construction process. Job flow, weekly job meetings and crew management allowed Keller to drive construction schedules and keep on task. Dedicated crew foremen and supervisors paid close attention to quality throughout. The largest hurdle to overcome throughout this project was maintaining a tight design and construction schedule to maintain the agreed upon completion dates. The finished product is a great example of developing a client’s dream, and reimagining what a working environment can be.
The project was judged in a rigorous process by a panel of construction experts based on a number of criteria, including safety, quality, owner satisfaction, execution and coordination, budgeting, difficult and unusual challenges and overall distinctiveness.
The Projects of Distinction Awards is designed to recognize the most distinct construction projects in Wisconsin, and to elevate the awareness of the quality construction performed by ABC member firms and their employees. A virtual awards presentation was held January 28, 2021 to celebrate the company’s given these prestigious awards.
