The Owner wanted to expand their rental property portfolio and partnered with the Keller, Inc. Project Manager, Architect and Interior Designer on an 8-Unit Multi-Family apartment building. The facility has four different color schemes, with faulted ceilings, trendy aesthetics and are oversized.
