Keller, Inc. to Build for AmeriLux Family of Companies
In De Pere, Wisconsin the AmeriLux Family of Companies and Keller, Inc. are proud to announce the development of two new ground-up buildings at 2000 Commerce Drive in the city’s East Industrial Business Park. AmeriLux purchased the land from the city earlier this year to accommodate the company’s continuous growth and evolution.
Located about one mile south of AmeriLux’s corporate headquarters, the new buildings will provide approximately 500,000 square feet of distribution and warehousing space. With 200,000 square feet still available, AmeriLux offers several great options for companies looking for space from full 3PL/4PL services to leased space, and everything in-between
As a loyal Keller, Inc. customer, their design/build team was chosen as the Architect and General Contractor to bring AmeriLux’s expansion building project vision to life. Together the team has put together a plan that will include many unique features such as:
- 500,000 sq. ft. across two different buildings on 23-acre site
- 548 total multiwall polycarbonate windows
- Over one mile of foundation walls
- Less than one mile from the future De Pere Southern Bridge
- The region’s largest flagpole, standing at 120’ tall
- A 30’ x 60’ version of Old Glory, flying proudly
Upon completion of the new buildings in the winter of 2025-2026, AmeriLux will manage over 1.6 million square feet of distribution and warehousing space. The expansion is expected to create over 100 new jobs in manufacturing & warehousing, management & sales, and CDL drivers.”
