FOWLS (Friends of the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary) saw the need to expand the current 4K educational program at Wildlife Sanctuary. While working independently to raise the funds for the project, they began a partnership with Keller, Inc. to work with a Project Manager, Interior Designer and Crews to design the interior of the space and build the project. Once the project was completed, FOWLS donated the facility to the City of Green Bay. Unique to this project is the timber-framed front entry, 3-state of the art classrooms and a large gathering space for public use.
