Keller is looking to hire Concrete Footing & Walls Craftsmen / Co-Owner to work on a crew out of our Kaukauna location. This position includes full time employment, complete with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in our employee owned Company! Job duties/qualifications:
- Setting concrete footing and wall forms for building foundations
- Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment
- Operate hand tools
- Detailed workmanship
- Efficiently work in a fast paced environment
Skills & Abilities:
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints preferred
- Ability to travel – usually within the state of WI
- Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80 lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50 lbs from ground to shoulder level)
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Must possess skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ownership mentality
- Ability to obtain CDL
Earn up to $60,000 per year!
