Suamico Junction wanted to bring a new experience to the standard gas station prototype. The gas station was uniquely designed to resemble an early 1900s train depot. It includes a massive clear story clock tower and has a large model train that delivers fresh donuts to the customers at the cashier area. During the planning phase, the team noticed a small pocket of nonessential wetlands of less than a tenth of an acre was creating issues with the site development. The Keller, Inc. team worked with the owners and the DNR to mitigate the nonessential wetland to allow for the development.
