The Owners at ACH Foam Technologies, partnered with the Keller, Inc. Project Manager, Architect and Interior Designer to improve their facility, add an elevator, and add extra office space for future growth. Unique to this project is that our construction crews utilized their own product (foam) for both the EIFS and roofing (looks like brick!). The addition added an extra layer of project uniqueness when our team worked directly with their Operational team to ensure when it came time to remodel the office staff, that all involved were able to successfully work out of onsite trailers to ensure business continued as usual.
