The Owners at Concept Works partnered with Keller, Inc. to plan, design and build a cabinet shop assembly and shop addition, with a loading dock and large jib crane, to help increase storage and assembly efficiencies. The new addition was located on a setback dictated by local shoreline zoning ordinance, but with the help of Keller’s internal team of experts we were able to help Concept Works through the planning phase to ensure their new bio-infiltration basin would be approved and allow them to grow their business.
