Dura-Trel had been leasing a 50,000 sq. ft. inefficient facility for their business and they wanted to invest in a new facility to retain employees by giving company successors a nice place to grow the business and increase production efficiencies. Partnering early with the team at Keller, Inc. the Owner was able to plan, design and build a facility that would meet his budget with his current needs in mind, as well as future space to accommodate their long-term plans and a possible storage tenant space that can one day be grown into.
