The Ownership group saw the need for a retail center on the far east side of Green Bay. After partnering with the Keller Project Manager and Architect, they were able to create a custom facility that went on to not only meet the needs of the business, but also was recognized nationally as first place for Best Retail Center Design from American Buildings Company.
