The Keller, Inc. project team worked with the Owners for more than 18 months on the design of the facility, in addition to touring facilities that eventually lead to their choice today. This building worked for the Owners both aesthetically and financially for the future of the company.
The Float Light business requirements were new to the Keller, Inc. team. Working in a new sector, on a very tight timeline, the Keller, Inc. project team required a great deal of interior design time and attention to detail to ensure all factors were accounted for throughout the design and build phase.
