The facility includes space for two separate tenants to share the building. Both tenants consolidated from multiple locations into the new facility to increase efficiency, and to have an immediate access to the railway as this component is critical to the everyday success for both.

Throughout the building design process, the city was very involved and mid-way through the project they required aesthetic changes to enhance the exterior of the building. Together the city and the Keller Project Manager, Architect and Interior Designer were able to make onsite changes to accommodate the city’s request with no delay to the project.
