Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the general contractor on an interior office remodel project for API Healthcare (now a part of symplr) located in Hartford, Wisconsin. The 40,000 square foot interior office remodel will include new offices, conference rooms and collaboration areas.
API Healthcare provides workforce management solutions for hospitals and health systems and employs approximately 200 staff in the Wisconsin area. Over its nearly 30-year history, the company has been headquartered in several locations throughout Hartford. Purchased by GE Healthcare in 2016, the company relocated to Wauwatosa. In 2018, API moved its headquarters back to the Hartford location. Shortly after returning to Hartford, API was acquired by symplr.
Construction on this project will begin in October and is expected to complete by December of 2019. The renovations will provide a modern, collaborative work space that will meet the company’s needs for years to come.
