Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the architect and the general contractor on a new building project for F Street Development located in Appleton, Wisconsin.
F Street Development, a division of F Street Group, is a privately-held investment group dedicated to creating value for their stakeholders by investing responsibly in commercial real estate. F Street Development is currently headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is excited to continue to develop in the Fox Valley area.
F Street Development is constructing a 249,529 square foot industrial precast speculative building in Appleton, Wisconsin. The development is aimed at fulfilling the need for new quality class A industrial warehouse/distribution space in the Fox Valley market. CBRE, a leading office leasing brokerage advisor to corporate and institutional clients, is the broker.

Construction on the new building will begin summer of 2022 and construction is expected to be complete spring of 2023. The project’s future address will be located at TBD Mills Drive in Appleton, Wisconsin.
