Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the general contractor on a new 27,000 square foot building project for Legacy Express, LLC located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The new building will serve as a warehouse facility, as well as provide office space for employees.
Legacy Express, LLC was founded by Brandon Gerwin and Jeff O’Brien in 2011. Brandon and Jeff met while working for a Fortune 500 company and quickly discovered that they shared an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for transportation. With these shared traits, they decided to take the leap into self-employment and use their education and experience to create the best transportation company possible. The passion for transportation stemmed from both Brandon and Jeff’s fathers being truck drivers for their entire child hood. Growing up in the industry not only gave Brandon and Jeff the passion for the industry, but also the desire to improve the industry for both its customers and those that it employs. Transportation truly is a Legacy for Brandon and Jeff!
Legacy Express, LLC is dedicated to providing excellent quality, unsurpassed service and the best value in the transportation industry. The decision to build a new warehouse with additional office space was based off of the continued growth and success of the company and the need to continue to expand to meet the needs of their customers.
A groundbreaking is scheduled for the new facility on Saturday, May 16th at 11:30 A.M. at the company’s existing location at W6974 County Road OO in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The project is expected to take roughly five months to compete and is expected to be complete by September of 2020.
