Keller, Inc. to Build for Oakfire Pizzeria Napoletana

Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the general contractor on a new 10,500 square foot building project for Oakfire Pizzeria Napoletana, owned by David Scotney, to be located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The conceptual design for the building was done by OpeningDesign, located in Madison, WI. The new building will serve as a restaurant and bar and will be Oakfire’s second location. The new location will include both indoor and outdoor seating.

Oakfire honors the Napoletana style of pizza making that has been an Italian tradition for over 300 years, while still creating their own unique style.

The new ground-up restaurant and bar will be Oakfire’s first expansion from their existing facility, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Keller, Inc. built the current location in 2017 and is excited to work with Oakfire again to help the company expand into a new market. The Lake Geneva location was a recipient of a Silver Projects of Distinction ‘Excellence in Construction’ Award from Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin in 2017.

The restaurant’s future location will be at 3552 Market Lane in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The project broke ground in February of 2020 and is expected to be completed and open for business by summer of 2020.

Keller, Inc. is an award winning, single-source, design/build general contractor headquartered in Kaukauna, WI, with additional offices in Madison, Milwaukee, Tomah and Wausau.  As 100% employee-owned, they are leaders in the construction industry specializing in new construction, remodel, retrofit, and reroof projects.
