Keller, Inc. to Build for VT Industries – Eggers Division

Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the architect and general contractor on a building project for VT Industries – Eggers Division located in Neenah, Wisconsin. The construction will consist of a 45,100 square foot addition to existing manufacturing space, as well as a 4,350 square foot office space build out.

VT Industries was founded in 1956 and has a long history of becoming North America’s leading manufacturer of doors and counter top surfaces for homes and businesses across the country. VT Industries acquired Eggers Industries, a national door and mill work manufacturer in 2018. This acquisition combined two industry leaders in Architectural Wood Door businesses to offer greater appeal and value to the customers of both companies.

The Neenah based manufacturer made the decision to expand their existing facility based off a need to increase overall flush door capacity. This expansion project will allow the Neenah facility to install new door core assembling equipment and larger warehousing space. This project also improves the environment for the employees by adding an improved parking lot, a new break room, locker room, bathrooms, and additional office space. This project is the first in a line of equipment improvement projects to increase the facilities production capacity and improve efficiency.

Construction on this project will begin in May at the company’s existing location at 164 N. Lake Street in Neenah, Wisconsin. Construction on the manufacturing addition is expected to be complete by October of 2020 and construction on the build out is expected to be complete by March of 2021.
