The Owner decided to build because the existing facility was outdated and inefficient. By partnering with the Keller, Inc. team of experts, we were able to plan, design and build a new facility that would provide more control to the owner for his time in the barn and a better environment for the cows to live in. Throughout the project, the construction crews onsite did run into some site challenges, but by being proactive our teams were able to adjust mid-project and save what would have been added costs to the owner.
