North Shore Bank ownership had small bank kiosks in the former Cub Foods. Due to the success of these kiosks, the owners decided to build a full service branch which was their first N.E. Wisconsin location. The bank was built on a redeveloped lot on the Cub Foods property and is a unique look to other branch locations due to the exterior of the bank having custom cultured stone and the lobby is modern with high vaulted ceilings. Unique to the build process was the need for directional boring being required to go under Northland Avenue for sewer, water and sanitary connections.
