The Owner was looking to grow the business and partnered with Keller, Inc. to plan, design and build mini storage buildings in Appleton, Wisconsin. Throughout the building process, we utilized permeable asphalt and underground storm water retention to maximize the site footprint/building footprints. Utilizing permeable asphalt was only the second of its kind in the City of Grand Chute and since the “Keller Process” of how to work with the city for permitting, and approval, has been developed into a new city standard.
