Project: 4,000 Sq. Ft. Venue Addition

The Owner came to Keller, Inc. requesting help with transforming a former church and retail store, into a wedding/banquet venue. Working together with the Keller Project Manager, the addition was completed on a zero lot line, with a 3-story addition that included stairs, elevator and restrooms. From start to finish, the project was completed in 4.5 months. Unique to this project are the outstanding balcony views overlooking the Rock River.
