Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the Architect and General Contractor/Builder on an 8,406 sq. ft. expansion and remodel building addition project for Gateway Community Church located at 3510 High Road in Middleton, Wisconsin. We are proud to be announced as their dedicated Design-Build Partner, as our team has worked tirelessly on an expansion and renovation plan that aligns with the church’s strategic growth and vision.
Despite budget limitations, Keller, Inc. collaborated closely with Gateway’s building committee to develop creative solutions that bring the church’s goals to life. The highlights of the project include an improved arrival experience, a welcoming outdoor gathering space, an expanded lobby for greater community connection, new classrooms, and a larger sanctuary.
Construction is scheduled to begin in June and be completed in the winter of 2025-2026.
