Keller, Inc. is proud to announce its selection as the Architect and General Contractor/Builder for a 14,464 sq. ft. building project for Kobussen Buses, located at 714 Martin Street in Merrill, Wisconsin.
As a long-standing client of Keller, Inc., Kobussen Buses once again turned to our team to support them in a fast-tracked initiative tied to their recent award of the Merrill School District bus contract. With a tight timeline and critical operational goals, Kobussen Buses entrusted Keller, Inc. with the design and construction responsibilities needed to meet their back-to-school deadline.
The scope of the project includes the renovation of a recently acquired building, which will involve the demolition of an adjacent structure to create space for expanded parking. In addition, Keller will oversee a full office build-out.
