Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the Architect and General Contractor/Builder on a 3,700 sq. ft. addition and a 3,500 sq. ft. renovation building project for Scheske Family Dental located at 607 Wilson Street in Little Chute, Wisconsin.
This project will help Dr. Scheske and his Associates operate out of a larger and updated facility to serve their patients more efficiently, while allowing the business to grow and generate more revenue. The project incorporates Dr. Scheske’s existing building as well as the parcel to the west of the existing property. The project will consist of two phases to allow the new addition to be constructed first and then allow the existing building renovations to follow. The practice will continue to operate during construction with minimal interruptions to operations. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for August 18th, with the project scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2026.
