Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the Architect and General Contractor/Builder on a 4,917 sq. ft. ground-up multipurpose building project for Surplus Suds located at 301 W Main Street in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. This project will consist of a first-floor laundry mat, paid restroom/shower facility, co-working space and a pet wash. The second floor will be an apartment. The project will start this Summer and be completed in the new year.
