Keller, Inc. is proud to announce its selection as the Architect and General Contractor/Builder for a 17,134 sq. ft. ground-up warehouse building project for Americana Pipedream Apparel, located at 2495 Northern Road in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Americana Pipedream Apparel chose Keller for our thorough planning, willingness to listen, and collaborative approach to finding the right solutions. By working side-by-side with the project team, we were able to refine the design to reduce costs while still ensuring efficiency, quality, and long-term value.
The new warehouse will significantly expand Americana Pipedream Apparel’s storage capabilities, increase inventory capacity, and create a dedicated fulfillment center to better serve its partners and customers. The facility will support streamlined logistics, enhanced product accessibility, and improved distribution efficiencies.
Construction is anticipated to begin following the new year, with completion expected in Summer 2026.
