Bank of Luxemburg

Location:  Howard, Wisconsin
Building Type:  Ground-Up
Project:  4,490 Sq. Ft. Bank

For the first time since 1903, the Bank of Luxemburg expanded their footprint to the “west side of the Fox River” in the Village of Howard.  The ground up 4,490 sq. ft. branch broke ground in early October 2021.  Within 40 days Keller, Inc. and the subcontractors had brought in approximately 8,500 cubic yards of fill, completed all exterior and interior underground utilities, exterior concrete, asphalt binder course, building foundations and floor slab.  This provided for a safe, clean, and easy to maintain site throughout winter construction.

The unique architecture designed by Keller, features a combination of masonry stone, brick, glass curtain walls, and ACM paneling to compliment the colors of The Bank of Luxemburg.  The drive thru includes (1) drive up window, and (2) interactive teller machines which are housed in their own conditioned spaces.

The interior design provided by Keller displays frameless interior glass, floor to ceiling interior windows at offices and conference rooms, wall tile accents throughout – including a 14’ high free standing fireplace feature with wood mantel at the front Lobby.  The ceilings in at the upper clerestory show painted structural steel with stained tongue and groove wood planks
