Project: 30,000 Sq. Ft. Two-Story Climate Controlled Mini Self-Storage Facility

The Owner partnered with the Keller, Inc. Project Manager and Architect to design and build an addition to an existing facility to continue to meet the needs of his customers. The two-story indoor storage facility includes concrete floors, an upper indoor level loading/unloading area, and has concrete plank flooring and topping. Unique to this project is that the project started in the late summer with construction finishing during the winter so they owner could open in time for the busy spring moving season.
