GREEN BAY, Wis. — BayCare Clinic Pain & Rehab is moving forward with the construction of a new 15,926‑square‑foot medical office building in Bellevue. The purpose‑built facility will support the practices’ continued growth by allowing the doctors to add additional providers and create greater efficiencies throughout their day.
The project is being delivered through a design‑build partnership with Keller, Inc., an award‑winning, 100% employee‑owned design‑build contractor headquartered in Kaukauna.
Designed to meet the operational needs of their practice, the new medical office will offer expanded clinical space, improved patient flow, and modern provider work areas. This investment positions the organization for long‑term stability while enhancing their ability to serve patients throughout the region.
Construction is now underway, with completion anticipated in Spring 2027. Once finished, the new facility will support BayCare Clinic Pain & Rehab as they enter their next chapter in the Green Bay community.
