COLUMBUS, Wis. — Columbus Chemical Industries is moving forward with the construction of a new 18,969‑square‑foot precast addition to its existing facility in Columbus, WI. A leading provider of high-quality chemistry for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology markets throughout North America, Columbus Chemical Industries is expanding to support continued growth. The addition will provide purpose-built warehouse, production, and bulk storage space, increasing operational capacity and enhancing the company’s ability to serve its customers.
The project is being delivered through a design‑build partnership with Keller, Inc., an award‑winning, 100% employee‑owned design‑build contractor headquartered in Kaukauna. Columbus Chemical Industries selected Keller based on a long history of successful projects and a trusted working relationship built over several years. The organization continues to value Keller’s responsiveness to building needs and its ability to navigate complex operational environments.
Designed to support long‑term efficiency and safe operations, the addition will include a new fire lane around the building, a new containment dock and pit, and carefully coordinated construction around existing utilities and structures. Columbus Chemical Industries will remain fully operational throughout construction, requiring detailed phasing and close collaboration to maintain safety and continuity.
Construction will begin Summer 2026, with completion anticipated in Summer 2027. Keller’s teams will work to enclose the structure, maintain safe access around the facility, and deliver a fully completed project that strengthens Columbus Chemical Industries ability to serve its customers.
