LITTLE CHUTE, Wis. — BLC Community Bank is moving forward with a 4,500‑square‑foot interior remodel of its Little Chute location. The project will refresh interior finishes, introduce a new teller line, and add additional office space to support the bank’s continued growth and ability to serve clients.
The project is being delivered through a design‑build partnership with Keller, Inc., an award‑winning, 100% employee‑owned design‑build contractor headquartered in Kaukauna.
Designed to meet the BLC Community Bank’s operational needs, the remodel will create a more modern, efficient environment with expanded office capacity and improved customer flow. The investment positions the bank for long‑term stability while enhancing the experience for both customers and staff.
The BLC Community Bank selected Keller, Inc. based on the companies’ previous relationship, long‑standing trust, and Keller’s strong reputation for thoroughness and high‑quality project delivery.
Throughout construction, the bank will continue serving customers, with Keller, Inc. coordinating work to minimize disruption and maintain a positive customer experience. Construction is expected to begin this summer, with completion anticipated in fall. Once finished, the updated facility will support the BLC Community Bank as it continues to grow within the community.
