Unique to this project is that the parts area features a pre-cast concrete mezzanine to maximize the footprint capacity and the body shop area includes an 80′ paint booth, that is long enough for two semi tractors to fit at the same time.

The Owners partnered with the Keller, Inc. Project Manager, Architect and Interior Designer to create a parts warehouse space to help develop their Madison location and transition it into a South Central Parts Hub location. Kriete needed to grow their facility to better service their customers, and by working with the Keller team of experts, they were able to maximize the show square footage of a great location and provide a modern efficient facility for their Technicians.
