Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the Architect and General Contractor/Builder on an 18,221 sq. ft. office and manufacturing addition project for Londerville Steel & Concrete Supply located at 141156 Woodland Drive in Wausau, Wisconsin.
The new addition will provide expanded space for office staff and accommodate new machinery to support Londerville Steel & Concrete Supply’s continued growth. The owner was particularly impressed by Keller’s comprehensive Design-Build approach, especially the architects’ ability to ask thoughtful questions and use that input to shape a functional, efficient design.
The project will create a more effective workspace for daily operations while maintaining full business functionality throughout construction. Work is scheduled to begin later this fall, with completion expected in the spring of 2026.
