This project was an existing ice center, but the Owners partnered with the Keller Project Manager to plan, design and develop additional space to accommodate their growing hockey programs. The addition is a state-of-the-art facility, with complete NCAA locker rooms with enough space for three high school teams and two NCAA Div. 3 hockey teams. The facility was completely upgraded and included an expansion to the ice making systems, added fire protection to the new sheet as well as retrofitted the existing sheet. The facility also updated the overall ice system for energy efficiency and monitor control.

The Owners and Keller, Inc. are proud to have received the 2013 Excellence In Design, Recreation Bronze Award, from American Buildings Company recognizing the one-of-a-kind facility.
