As a part of the city of Brillion’s long-term goal, they partnered with IPR and Keller, Inc. to expand and update their City Hall/Community Center on a downtown redevelopment site. Unique to many municipal projects, this was a private/public partnership with IPR owning the building and in turn leasing it to the City of Brillion. The building contains city staff and a large meeting room for city council and public meetings.
