The Owners at Calibre, Inc. partnered with a Keller Project Manager and Architect to plan, design and build a ground-up precast warehouse & office building to meet the needs of their growing business. Unique to this project, was the pre-construction plan to manage the bedrock at the storm pond to ensure the project could start, and remain on schedule.
