Goeman’s Rapid Market & Uncle Larry’s Kitchen is a 2,400 sq. ft. convenience store remodel and addition in Appleton, WI, created to replace an outdated, undersized store and give the owners the expanded space needed to improve operations and better serve customers. The project features a full‑service kitchen and a dedicated gaming area, transforming the store into a more modern and experience‑driven destination. Keller partnered closely with the owners to navigate the challenges of keeping the existing store operational, utilizing an onsite rental tent to maintain service, all while completing the project on a tight four‑month schedule, helping them achieve a refreshed, efficient, and customer‑focused retail environment.
