Project Description
Chippewa Valley Veterinary is a 2,552 sq. ft. total remodel with a rear addition and a new roof‑over‑existing structure in Durand, WI, created to give the owners the updated space, modern entrance, and expanded capacity needed to replace their outdated facility. The project features unique upgrades; including a full build‑over of the existing roof to transform the building elevation, all completed while keeping the business open throughout construction. Keller partnered closely with the owners to navigate the challenges of an occupied remodel and extensive value engineering, helping them achieve their goal of delivering a refreshed, functional, and future‑ready veterinary clinic.
