AmeriLux Family of Companies consists of two ground‑up warehouse buildings totaling 500,000 sq. ft. in De Pere, WI, created through a continued partnership built on past relationships and the owner’s trust in Keller. The project showcases branded painted‑precast panels, engraved AmeriLux logos on both buildings, and AmeriLux polycarbonate windows, reinforcing the company’s identity across the campus. Keller collaborated closely with the ownership team to deliver a large‑scale, cohesive, and brand‑driven expansion that supports long‑term operational growth.
