Town of Newbold is a 5,100 sq. ft. ground‑up town hall in Rhinelander, WI, created to replace an old facility that had fallen into poor condition and no longer met the community’s needs. The project features a welcoming Meeting Room as its signature space, designed to support civic gatherings and community engagement. Keller partnered closely with the town to overcome the challenge of a previously failed referendum, working collaboratively with residents to help secure approval on the next vote and deliver a modern, functional, and community‑centered municipal building.
