The project features distinctive design elements—including large floor‑to‑ceiling glass at the cubicle area and a durable metal roof—all selected to enhance natural light, visibility, and long‑term performance. Keller partnered closely with the ownership team to navigate the challenges of poor soils and an old fill site, helping them achieve a modern, efficient, and purpose‑built office environment that supports continued growth.
