Great Lakes Roofing Corporation is a 16,019 sq. ft. ground‑up roofing contractor facility with office and shop space in Richfield, WI, created to give the owner more room and a new location to support their expanding operations. The project features IMP panels installed horizontally, a distinctive design choice not commonly used on past projects and selected to elevate both performance and appearance. Keller partnered closely with the ownership team to deliver a modern, efficient, and purpose‑built facility that strengthens their long‑term operational capabilities.
