Project Description
Sassy Cow offers a variety of fresh farm produce to the public at their retail store. Due to customer demand, they partnered with Keller, Inc. to design and build an addition that would allow them to expand their offerings, add a farm to table restaurant/café and a coffee/milk bar. Unique to this project is the fact that Sassy Cow needed to remain open while the team of construction crews added on to the front of the building. Being creative with our crew schedules allowed for customers to access the building and products, while keeping everyone safe and without adding delays in construction.
