Project Description
The Owner purchased the 11 acre development as an investment opportunity and partnered with Keller, Inc. to plan, design and build with growth in mind. After a successful build process, the facility reached full occupancy in 2 years.
Unique to this project is the partnership the Keller Project Manager and Finance teams were able to bring to the Owner, by helping with their 1031 tax change to convert the previous ownership land from a gas station and invest in warehouse, storage and leased buildings.
