Keller, Inc. is excited to serve as the Design-Build General Contractor for a new two-story office improvement project for SAVECO North America Inc., a subsidiary of the Italian company WAMGROUP. The company is relocating its headquarters from Gurnee, Illinois, to LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie. They will occupy roughly 92,200 sq. ft. within a 144,000 sq. ft. Class A industrial facility, including modern two-story office space, warehousing, and light assembly areas to support sales, engineering, service, and distribution functions.
Keller will lead the interior improvements, creating a functional and efficient space tailored to SAVECO’s needs. This build-out will support the company’s regional growth and smooth transition to the Pleasant Prairie market. The relocation will preserve 44 existing full-time jobs while creating approximately 33 new positions as operations expand.
Construction is set to begin soon, with completion targeted for Spring 2026.
