One of the things that I have really enjoyed in my time working with Keller, is the long-term planning.  When we’re talking putting up a building it’s ‘hey did you think about this long-term, what happens in five (5) years, what’s going to be the maximum number of people that you’re looking at bringing on?’  I have really appreciated that because those are some of the things that I wouldn’t necessarily be thinking about, that’s not in my realm, and Keller absolutely just hits a homerun when planning [for] that.

Working with such a professional staff, starting out with the architects, the interior designers, the engineers, they listened to our needs and came up with the best solutions to the project. The citizens of Tomah can rest more easily knowing that we have a modern, organized facility that will meet the needs for many years into the future, being able to respond to the emergency situations that we do. I am very happy with the building. The question comes back to what would you have done differently? To be honest with you, there’s nothing I would have done any different.

They [Keller, Inc.] aligned with our own core values quite well, which was open and honest. They provided great communication. One team. Always felt like they were working with us and towards the same goal. And dedicated to winning. We knew what the end project needed to be, and so did they.

When it was done, it was done right and we are very pleased with Keller. I would recommend them to anybody.

From the beginning of designing and site planning this project with Keller, it’s exceeded all of my expectations as far as the finished product and the versatility of the facility for our clients.

I ultimately chose Keller because of the comfort I felt in my very first meeting with them. Keller was really the only one that came in and knew the dental industry.

The thing that impresses me most about Keller, is the people that work for that company and the dedication that they have to taking care of the customer. They are owners of their business, and they really all act like that.

If somebody called and asked why they should consider using Keller on their project, I would tell them that you can trust them, they have high integrity, and if they say they’re going to do something, they’re going to do it.

A lot of times when you get renderings on a project, it’s kind of dream of what the final project might look like. Our dream came true because the facility itself turned out exactly how we wanted it and how we thought it would look. And that’s really exciting to have that, and I have to owe Keller a round of applause for making that happen.

Keller did an outstanding job. We are very pleased and very happy to have worked with Keller and we’d do it again if we ever build again.

It was really the personability. There was just more engagement in really wanting to understand what we were trying to do and what we were trying to accomplish…That was really the big selling point. I can’t imagine doing business with anyone else to be honest.

I’ve already recommended people work with Keller, Inc. and that was based on my project and communication and just completing what they said they were going to do on time and on budget. I happily will refer people to Keller if they ask and I will tell them how it is. If you do build with Keller you’re going to have a great experience. I’m convinced of that.

One of the things that sealed the deal for me working with Keller, Inc. was that they handled everything. They go through the design/build process 100%.

What Keller, Inc. did for us was they were able to take many of the building decisions out of our hands because of their expertise and we were able to trust them to do that which made our lives a lot easier as we were running our business.

When you are growing fast at a business, you gotta keep up with what the business needs.  It needs employees.  It needs room.  It needs leadership.  And it needs darn good partners…Keller for us became a very good partner.

I have told several people about Keller. When they ask ‘Why would you use them again?’… Everything is out in front. There are no surprises. They were prompt, they were honest, they were sincere. Everybody was wonderful to work with. Keller builds, and they stand behind that.

Throughout the years of working with Keller, Inc., they were a part of our family for every single one of these projects. Their mission statement talks about building things like it’s their own. We obviously feel that way every time we work with them. First name basis; that’s what they’re going to bring to your project so I would suggest you pick Keller.

I enjoy coming to work in this beautiful building every day; that’s the best part of the facility for me. It’s a great representation of who we are. People love the impact the building has on the community, and it’s something to be proud of.

To know that when you went with Keller, you could have everything from the initial planning and architectural assistance, to the interior design, all of the way out to the construction, and the turn over.  They will make your dream really kind of come to that fruition and that reality; but bring you along all of the way so that you’re never guessing, you’re never in the dark, you’re always in the know and you are always learning.

One of the best things about working with Keller, Inc. as a Construction Management team is feeling that they were invested in the project, not just from a company aspect, but for the community. I would highly recommend anyone to go and work with Keller just for that reason.

Keller was a partner. Their experience and their connection with the subs; that makes the building process so much easier. Without a partner to guide you through that, I can’t imagine how you could do a project like this.

It felt very organized, I felt confident that things were going to go well. You are going to feel confident that everything will be done well, and it’s going to be done exactly how you want it to be. Keller was an excellent partner, I was very happy.

From the Project Manager all the way through all of the employees of Keller. Every individual on that crew was personable to us and that meant a lot, so I would recommend them because it’s an excellent run outfit and they do an excellent building.

You could tell when we were getting the plans ready for this, that [Keller] had done this before.  They had ideas, Keller could show us what we needed, it was just a really great experience.

For any of my friends, neighbors, fellow dairy men, I would highly recommend hiring Keller to do a job. We felt that we were getting the best value for our dollar with Keller.

When you drive in the yard in the morning and you see this beautiful facility that Keller helped put together, it makes it very enjoyable to come to work.
