Due to customer demand, Tri City Glass & Door needed to expand their production and office facilities in Green Bay. The existing facility was one story and the new office was built over the existing to accommodate two stories. The new construction features many products that Tri City Glass & Door supplies and manufactures such as, windows, doors, ACM panels, toilet partitions and hardware.

The unique challenge was to build the addition and remodel in several stages as Tri City Glass & Door had to remain in operation for their customers during the renovations and additions.
